Instructions

    • In a separate small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, celery seed (if using), salt, and pepper.

  • Combine and Toss:
    • Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture.

  • Chill:
    • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
